Mash 1 fully ripe avocado in medium bowl. Stir in 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro and 2 tsp. lime juice. Substitute this fresh guacamole for the 3/4 cup guacamole and omit the 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro topping.
