  • Combine cookie crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Drizzle 1/3 cup dulce de leche over crust; gently spread to cover completely. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. nuts. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Mix cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. milk and remaining dulce de leche in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over nuts in pan.
  • Beat pudding mixes, 3-1/4 cups milk and vanilla with whisk 2 min.; pour over dessert. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP; sprinkle with remaining nuts. Refrigerate 4 hours.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

Special Extra

Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon just before serving.

How to Crush Shortbread Cookies

Place cookies in resealable plastic bag. Flatten bag to remove excess air, then seal bag. Crush cookies into crumbs by rolling a rolling pin across the bag. Or, place in food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
