  • Add 2 Tbsp. dressing and enough water to fill skillet to 1/2-inch depth; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender; drain in colander.
  • Mix honey, pepper and remaining dressing in same skillet; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Add carrots; stir. Cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
