  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix ricotta cheese and egg until blended.
  • Layer 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce, 3 noodles, half the ricotta mixture and 1-1/2 cups mozzarella in 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover with foil.
  • Bake 45 min. Remove foil. Bake 15 min. or until noodles are tender. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad to round out the meal.

E-Z Spinach Lasagna

Prepare as directed, adding 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry, 1/2 cup POLLY-O Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves to ricotta cheese mixture before layering with other ingredients in pan.

Substitute

Substitute 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles for uncooked noodles.
