Prepare as directed, adding 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry, 1/2 cup POLLY-O Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves to ricotta cheese mixture before layering with other ingredients in pan.
E-Z Vegetable Lasagna
Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil to ricotta cheese mixture and adding layers of 1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable blend, thawed, drained and chopped, between other layers of ingredients.
Substitute 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles for uncooked noodles.
