  • Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, place coconut in resealable plastic bag. Add food coloring; close bag, then shake to evenly tint coconut. Press cut side of marshmallows into sprinkles. Arrange 5 marshmallow halves, cut-sides up, to resemble flower, pressing together gently to secure; press jelly bean into center of flower. Repeat with remaining marshmallow halves.
  • Sprinkle coconut over desserts. Top with marshmallow flowers.


Prepare using JELL-O Banana Flavor Instant Pudding.

Marshmallow Flower Decoration

For each flower, cut 2 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows diagonally in half with kitchen shears. Press cut sides of marshmallows in colored sugar. Arrange marshmallow halves, cut-sides up, to resemble a flower, pressing together gently to secure. Set aside. For centers of flowers, cut JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows in half. Press cut sides in colored sugar or sprinkles, then place one, cut-side up, in center of each flower. Use to decorate your favorite desserts, such as cupcakes, pies or cakes.
