Easy 30-Minute Skillet Chicken Mac & Cheese

Chicken. Mac and cheese. Easy skillet preparation. Less than 30 minutes from start to finish. What more could you want on a busy weeknight?

What You Need

Tbsp.  oil
4
 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
1
pkg.  (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
2
 green onions, sliced
1/2
cup  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. on each side or until cooked through (170°F).

MEANWHILE, prepare Dinner as directed on package, substituting large skillet for the saucepan.

ADD tomatoes, onions and parsley to prepared Dinner; mix lightly. Top with the chicken.

Always thaw frozen chicken in the refrigerator, not on the countertop.
Special Extra
Substitute chopped fresh cilantro for chopped fresh parsley and add 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper with the tomatoes.
