I made this for a party, omitting the maple syrup and onion (was out of onion) and used fat free zesty Italian dressing. INCREDIBLE! This was a huge hit with all the guests at the party and I have been asked to make it now for a large baby shower! I did use two apples, spritzed with lemon juice, and extra cranberries for color. I went extremely light on the dressing as well (I never measure). Fresh, quick and easy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loved the sweet-and-sour flavor and the sweet crunch of the apples. Loved the sweet-and-sour flavor and the sweet crunch of the apples. However, I did change ONE thing: I stirred in some Miracle Whip after tasting the recipe as is. My family likes our coleslaw a bit creamier, so it just suit our tastes better. It was a hit at my family gathering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so good. This was so good. Took it to a pot luck but I almost didn't want to share it -- I wanted to save it for myself! I used a bag of broccoli slaw & some cabbage I had on hand. The combination of apples and cranberries with the dressing -- oh my!! Yum Yum! Give it a try.
