I added 1/4 cup of brown sugar to make a little sweeter. Came out good, but not as great as I hoped.
Next time I think I will add some sugar to the batter (personal taste).
We followed the recipe (1/4 cupful of batter) so we were expecting 16 fritters but we only got 11 :(

These were so good! I'm not a big fan of sandwiches so I paired two of these with a bowl of chicken noodle soup and it made a delicious lunch option. I followed the recipe exactly and they were very easy to make. I will be sure to make these again!
