A hoisin sauce-peanut butter blend gives ground turkey its Asian-style flavor. Serve in crisp Boston lettuce leaves and prepare to accept compliments.

What You Need

1/2
cup  hoisin sauce
1/4
cup  PLANTERS Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4
cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2
tsp.  crushed red pepper
1
lb.  ground turkey
1
Tbsp.  peanut oil
1
bunch  green onions, chopped
1
head  Boston lettuce, leaves separated

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients until blended; set aside.

COOK turkey in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in hoisin sauce mixture and onions until blended. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

SPOON evenly down centers of lettuce leaves; roll up. Serve immediately.
