  • Mix first 4 ingredients until blended; set aside.
  • Cook turkey in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in hoisin sauce mixture and onions until blended. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Spoon evenly down centers of lettuce leaves; roll up. Serve immediately.

Omit peanut butter and crushed red pepper. Instead, mix 1/4 cup purchased peanut sauce with the hoisin sauce and dressing before using as directed.

    It was really oily and had too much of a peanut butter taste.

    This recipe is so easy to make and very yummy. I sometimes use creamy peanut butter and add some chopped peanuts when serving. Also tastes great with La Choy Rice Noodles sprinkled on top as well.
