I liked the simplicity of these wraps as far as prep goes but, trying to roll them up onto lettuce leaves was impossible for me. I ended up using regular wraps with the lettuce inside. I will try this again if I can figure out what else I can use instead of the Boston lettuce. Any suggestions? <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Mary ~ Broad lettuce leaves, such as iceberg, can be substituted for the Boston lettuce. >>>

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These are easy to make and taste great. These are easy to make and taste great. Make sure to add some crushed red pepper as stated in recipe to spice it up. I made them with Boston lettuce and boiled cabbage leaves. Myself and taste tester both liked the cabbage leaves better. Easier to handle and much firmer than lettuce leaves. Used a small cabbage a little larger than typical Boston lettuce head size, worked well.

This tasted good although I think next time I will use less peanut butter and will add water chesnuts and bamboo shoots for a little more crunch. The recipe was easy to throw together- great if you are trying to get dinner on the table FAST!
