Easy Asian Veggie Dip

I love this dip. I always have peanut butter & this dressing on hand. I will be making this dip again for snack time. It makes just the right amount for one person!

This was pretty good, I used a little more dressing, and a tiny bit of soy sauce.

OMGoddess I made this for Boxing Day dinner and than again New Years Eve dinner celebration and I love it. As well all my family love it as much as I do. My daughter wanted to take it with veggies in her lunch but is unable to due to the peanut butter so I sent her the usual dip she takes. The veggies and dip came home untouched as she said they are boring compared to this dip. Oh and could it be any easier! Lol!

This is GREAT if you like peanut sauce and we do!!!! Our favorite vegetable to dip is red peppers.

I liked the idea. and to start made it exactly as written, but it seemed too thick, so I added a bit more dressing, and, since I planned to call it "Thai Dip" I also added a drop or two of Tabasco to give it a bit more zing. Even the kids at our family party liked it, as did most of the adults. Very easy!
