What You Need

cups (about 1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) frozen Southern-style hash browns, thawed

can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Cheddar CLASSIC MELTS Cheddar & American

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/3

cup green onion slices

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.

SPOON into 2-quart casserole dish.

BAKE 50 minutes or until heated through.

This is a great recipe. I made a few changes. Used a full pkg of frozen potatoes, but did not double anything else. Also used shredded Cheddar Mixture for a little more kick. Always comes out perfectly.

I love this dish! I add an orange pepper and a yellow onion for a little more flavor. Wonderful!

This recipe is so delicious! I have made it several times and it's always good. It is also very easy to make.

Very easy, very yummy. I served it with sliced ham glazed with a mixture of dijon mustard and apricot jam. Very good as leftovers too!

SOOOO EASY TO MAKE! I substituted 8oz of shredded cheddar instead of the slices. Next time I might use just a bit more cheese, but other than that it was a nice change for a side dish.

I liked this recipe but it was bland.. I would add a little salt and pepper and maybe some herbs. I also mixed it all together the night before and the next day just popped it into the oven and still cooked it for the same amount of time it was easy and quick. Would also be great for a potluck.

I used sharp cheddar and colby-jack cheeses, and this recipe was delicious!

I like spicy, peppery food and love southwest hash browns, so I thought this would be perfect. Unfortunately, the southwest hash browns were horrible in this recipe. It was too spicy for my taste. This dish should have a more savory cheese taste to it. The pepper flavor is way too overbearing.
