    I read some of the hints and here is what I changed to make this GREAT! -I used ******* Potatoes O'Brien (so it already had peppers & onion) -I used F*** brand 2% greek yogurt instead of mayo. I used 6 oz (what I had left in a small container) -I used shredded sharp cheddar because I could not find the cheese that the recipe called for -I added cayenne red pepper....less than 1/2 tsp. Just sprinkled in & stirred -I put some shredded cheddar on top with about 7 minutes left to cook...because that is when I looked at my timer! These were so yummy! The little bit I had leftover...I heated for breakfast!

    Everyone really likes this & the only change I make is that I use ***** of onion soup sometimes. Depending on who will be eating it I also have used ***** of mushroom with additional mushroom slices too.
