I made this recipe as part of my Easter dinner. It was good, but I question the need for the eggs. When I took it out of the oven, I had a soupy mess in the center and the dough wasn't completely cooked (in the center) either. I scooped out the middle and returned it to the oven for about 5 minutes to try and bake the center a little better. I think next time I will do without them. I only made one change to the recipe: Instead of plain cream cheese, I used chive & onion (from the tub). I will most likely make it again and see how it comes out minus the eggs.
