Best part: It came out absolutely delicious. Worst part: The cooking time needed to be increased quite a bit. Verdict: I would make this again. Next time? I will add a squeeze of lemon though.
Made this with whiting and baked at 375 (skipped the potatoes, may try next time) and was very pleased with how it turned out. Simple and delicious, would make again.
