Ratings & Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I liked it. I liked it. My family all agreed with the same problem. They didn't like the extra cheese. They said it was too gooey. My son who hates sour cream said I know you put sour cream in this. I love sour cream and could tell but he was the single vote of 'disgusting' everyone else said good but not great. Don't put it in the keep file.

This was just ok for me, it tasted good and my kids loved it but I didn't like the technique. It was quite messy and the pasta was way over cooked and it stuck together. I topped it with tomato slices and the cheese. If I was to make this again I would make it on the stove top and then bake it in the oven.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good! Very Good! This was a simply way to make a sometimes timely recipe! I also loved that it was all in one dish...less dishes! I crushed some crackers and mixed them with melted butter and added them for the last 5 mins in the oven to add some more flavor and the real home baked taste!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was bittersweet. This recipe was bittersweet. The noodles were very mushy (and I'm not the type that prefers al dente.)I added a little salt and white pepper. The taste was spot on. For those who like to make mac n' cheese meals, this is a great recipe. Just add your favorite mix-ins.

I forgot to say that not only was it good, but the leftovers the next day was still cheesy. That's rare for mac-n-cheese. My husband and I loved it. My 7 year old liked it too, but not as much as the regular way of making it.

I have made this recipe many times and the only addition to the recipe is crushed ritz crackers with melted butter sprinkled on top before baking. I will never make regular mac and cheese again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for Thanksgiving last year. Made this for Thanksgiving last year. It was easy because it just went in the oven. Everyone loved my "homemade" macaroni and cheese. Requested to make it again.
