Substitute BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese for the ricotta and/or KRAFT 100% Grated Romano Cheese for the Parmesan.
If you prefer a more traditional style manicotti, simply omit the pesto.

The only thing I added was shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the manicotti so sauce on top like it shows then I added a lot of shredded mozzarella cheese on top it was so good the kids ate the entire pan alone left me none but a taste lol delicious. I will be ****** this on Weds again the kids keep asking me to make it again . It was so easy to make and they loved it.
I never realized that manicotti would be so easy to make. My family and I loved this recipe! I tweaked it a bit in that I used more mozzarella and ricotta cheese than the recipe called for and it still turned out great. Serve with a nice salad and garlic cheese bread = divine. Will definitely be ****** this again soon.
This is a great recipe. The only change I made was to skip the pesto and added frozen spinach instead.
