Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a very easy, simple recipe. This is a very easy, simple recipe. It's also very easy to add to and change up. I skip the parsley, use 1/2 tsp garlic salt instead of garlic, add pepper, cut the parm in half and add bread crumbs. I usually make it with pasta. My two year old - who does not like her food mixed together (ie. meat sauce) - loves these meatballs! The grease/fat run-off was a suprise since it was not mentioned in the cooking instructions. (Yuck.) I also use paper towels to wipe it off. Enjoy!

Decided to try this recipe. It was great! Very simple to make. I didn't have very much parsley left, so I used what I had and also used Italian seasoning. They turned out great. I had just a little over 1 pound of hamburger meat, so I ended up with about 18 meatballs. My family ate all but 4 of them. They really liked them. They were very tasty. This is a great weeknight recipe, when you do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen after a hard day.

I made these meatballs for the first time tonight because my husband was craving homemade spaghetti and meatballs. I used ground turkey instead of beef, because that's our preference and I added an envelope of Good Season's Zesty Italian dressing for added flavor. The recipe suggests baking at 375 for 25 minutes or until done; I cooked for 30 minutes and I probably should have tested for doneness at 25. Don't get me wrong, we both agreed that the meatballs were tasty but I'm thinking that they may have been a tad more moist if I pulled them out of the oven at 25 minutes. I will definitely make these meatballs again, they had a nice flavor with the added powdered dressing mix. My old bland meatball recipe will be tossed in favor of this new recipe!

I have also added 1 tsp. onion powder. These are GREAT meatballs that go with everything that requires meatballs! I just got a new freezer & I plan on stocking it with these tasty treats to be used with spaghetti sauce, creamy beef gravy over noodles or rice & of course, BBQ sauce with toothpicks for the football games!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seriously, I don't know how to cook. Seriously, I don't know how to cook. I can bake cookies and cakes, but real meals are usually a disaster. I need the most simplified, delicious meal I can find. This recipes is yummy and great for the novice cook. My husband let out a sigh of relief after tasting them and my 12month old ate them up. Matter of fact my son ate them for 2 days after for lunch, and he enjoyed them just as much the 2nd and 3rd time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband LOVES this recipe. My husband LOVES this recipe. I use a pound of pork sausage, 2 eggs, the parmesan cheese and Italian bread crumbs. I omit the parsley and garlic. The bread crumbs and additional egg make more meatballs and I have never had a problem with them being dry. When they are done, I simmer them in spaghetti sauce for about 15 minutes. There a delicious and make great meatball subs!

I put it on top of some pasta and then topped it all with my special cream cheese alfredo sauce. All of my boys loved it to death. Definately reccomend. Simple recipe, doesn't take too long to make. It's also fun for the kids if they like helping out with dinner. I will definately make this again.
