Easy Baked Parmesan Meatballs Recipe

What You Need

lb. ground beef

1/2

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4

cup chopped fresh parsley

1

egg

1

clove garlic, minced

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX ingredients; shape into 12 meatballs.

PLACE in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.

BAKE 25 min. or until done (160°F).

Substitute

Substitute 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes for the chopped fresh parsley.

This recipe was simple to make and delicious, but it can be a little dry. We shall add bread crumbs with water, and chopped fresh anions next time. It had a good flavor and we will definitely make it again with a few tweaks.

I would not make this again. The meatballs were dry and dense, and I made it exactly according to the recipe. My son, who is not picky, did not like them at all. I pitched the left overs, because none of us wanted to eat them again.

My family LOVES this recipe. In fact, ever since I started making these, my kids flat out refuse to eat the frozen pre-made type from the grocery store anymore. I use this recipe for spaghetti & meatballs as well as appetizer style.

This is my go-to meatball recipe now, my whole family loves these! I also add bread crumbs (one bread slice crumbled) and I use block parmesan cheese, grated. I usually make them with ground turkey, they still turn out moist and flavorful.
