Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for a BBQ dessert. I made this recipe for a BBQ dessert. I made my own french vanilla pudding in a large bowl and let it set in the fridge for a few hours. Then I spooned out the pudding into individual cups, sliced in some bananas crushed mini nilla wafers on top, added more pudding, and a dollop of cool whip along with a few of the mini nillas on top. Superb! My family loved it. Will definitely make again. To serve 7, I made 2 boxes of pudding and used 3 bananas. I did have about a serving of pudding left over, so I'd say my way would serve 8.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy and good! So easy and good! It's better when you actually make the pudding yourself, much more flavor. A really quick and easy desert, and a perfect alternative to a huge dessert when you want just a few servings. I made this for my mom who is undergoing chemo and she loved it.

I did however use large parafiet glasses. My family greatly enjoyed this. I do suggest making larger portions unless there are just 2-3 people...otherwise you will wish you did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great! This was great! I did not have a lot of time to prepare a dessert with my meal this evening so I tried this recipe. It only took a few minutes and still lived up to my presentation standards. I will make this again when I am on a time crunch!
