  • Crush 10 wafers to form coarse crumbs; place 1/4 of the crumbs in each of 2 parfait glasses. Top each with 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP, 2 banana slices and half of 1 pudding snack. Repeat layers of crumbs, bananas and pudding.
  • Refrigerate 15 min. Meanwhile, wrap remaining banana slices tightly in plastic wrap; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Top parfaits with remaining COOL WHIP, wafers and banana slices just before serving.

    For an added treat (and a few more calories), drizzle with chocolate syrup & caramel sauce and add a few chopped pecans on top. Yum.

    I made this recipe for a BBQ dessert. I made my own french vanilla pudding in a large bowl and let it set in the fridge for a few hours. Then I spooned out the pudding into individual cups, sliced in some bananas crushed mini nilla wafers on top, added more pudding, and a dollop of cool whip along with a few of the mini nillas on top. Superb! My family loved it. Will definitely make again. To serve 7, I made 2 boxes of pudding and used 3 bananas. I did have about a serving of pudding left over, so I'd say my way would serve 8.
