I have made this a handful of times now and my family LOVES this recipe.I use the Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing instead of the Catalina and I have never added the grated gingerroot. If you are looking for something quick, easy and quite tasty then I highly recommend it!!

I'm a huge fan of Beef and Brocolli dish in general, but I definetely was not a fan of this one. I made it to directions (seasoned it with salt and pepper, and used brown rice though). It was super easy and fast. But I think having Catalina dressing in it made it too sweet and yet strangely flat flavor at the same time. But just like another reviewer suggested, I will try it with Asian Sesame dressing next time. I'm not giving up this easy. :)
