Easy Black-Bottom Mocha No-Bake Pie

The only thing easier than pie? A no-bake version. And they don't come any yummier than this black-bottom mocha pie.

What You Need

pkg.  (3 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
3-1/2
cups  milk

Tbsp.  MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
2
oz.  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
1
 frozen pie crust (9 inch), baked, cooled
1-1/2
cups   thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

PREPARE pudding with milk as directed on package for pie filling, adding instant coffee to milk before heating.

STIR melted chocolate into 1 cup pudding mixture. Pour into crust, spreading evenly with back of spoon. Pour remaining pudding over chocolate layer.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Top with COOL WHIP.

Special Extra
This 2-layered pudding mixture can also be layered in stemmed dessert dishes. Top with dollops of COOL WHIP and sprinkling of shaved chocolate.
