I have a one year old daughter who is now very picky of what she eats...and veggies are not in the good list...this completely changed her mind! I added a can of mixed veggies and she ate them all and even asked for seconds :) We ate this with a side of garlic bread and it was just delicious!
Family loved it! Sooo simple to make! I used Jasmine rice and mixed veggies instead of just broccoli. I used less velveeta as well after reading other reviews. It was good and the best part is how simple it was to make. You could do so many different variations of this recipe with different veggies and meats. Not to mention using cream of chicken or cream of mushroom. I highly recommend this recipe.
My husband and I loved this and it was so simple! I did use "real" cheese over velveeta and it worked and tasted fine. Will use again.
