What You Need

container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
3/4
cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1
jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped

 eggs, beaten

Tbsp. each KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping and plain dry bread crumbs

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX all ingredients until well blended.

POUR into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 45 min. or until center is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into slices to serve.
