Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love this as a breakfast treat. We love this as a breakfast treat. I have made this several times and my whole family loved it. After I made it the first time, I have been making double recipes and freezing them in pot pie size pans or small loaf pans. Then one morning during the week, we have a nutrious hot breakfast. I let it thaw in the frig the night before and then put it in the oven first thing in the morning. We went to a new cafe in town and my mom paid $4 for a broccoli quiche. It was this same recipe!

You know how sometimes you get cottage cheese and it tastes wonderful and other times you get it and it doesn't taste so good? Well I had a container I was so diappointed in sitting in my fridge. I came across this recipe and decided to try it. Fabulous! I will definitly make this the next time I buy a container of cottage cheese that is not so good because in this recipe it tastes fine!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We served this recipe to company today and we all loved it. We served this recipe to company today and we all loved it. For a change of pace I might add very tiny ham cubes but will usually make it just like it says. I did cook it around 57 minutes and used a 91/2 inch pie plate (it needed every inch of that pan. I will rate this as a four star and will definately make it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a fabulous one dish meal. This is a fabulous one dish meal. In a neverending attempt to cut fat and calories, I used fat free cottage cheese, and Kraft fat free shredded, only 1/2 the parmesean and Eggbeaters. I will make this dish many more times. Next time, I would like to try the spicy roasted peppers in place of the sweet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and son give it two thumbs up. My husband and son give it two thumbs up. They say "It's a keeper." I'm so happy to have found a dish they like that's good for them! Fresh broccoli (or leftover) works fine too. By itself or with a salad this would be great for a low carb diet. My family liked toast with it.

I added sliced green onion, red pepper flakes for some kick and a little bit of cut up deli sliced ham. My husband who isn't a broccoli fan loved it! Next time I will delete the peppers (I don't like peppers) and add turkey bacon in place of the ham. Very good as leftovers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used fresh broccoli and it was great! I used fresh broccoli and it was great! My family loved it! I appreciate the fact it contains a lot of calcium (from the cheeses, as well as the broccoli). I'll try it with frozen broccoli in the future, when I'm in a hurry. It's easy and healthy: a winning combo!
