  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup dressing mixture for later use. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat broiler. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Place fish on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Combine reserved dressing mixture and cheese.
  • Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with the reserved dressing mixture.

How to Use the Remaining Dressing Mix

Add remaining dressing mix to container with tight-fitting lid. Add 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar, 4-1/2 tsp. water and 1/4 cup oil. Cover with lid, then shake until ingredients are well blended. Store in refrigerator, then use to top your favorite mixed green salad.
