  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Spoon into greased and floured 9-inch round pan.
  • Bake 45 min.; cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
  • Mix remaining sour cream, COOL WHIP, sugar and vanilla. Cut brownie horizontally in half. Stack layers on plate, filling with half the sour cream mixture. Top with remaining sour cream mixture and fruit.

    Made this for a baby shower, I should have made 2. EVERYBODY LOVED IT. There will be no left overs with this one!

    I haven't made this recipe yet but it looks so pretty I want to. A few people commented that is was difficult to cut in half, has anyone tried using two round cake pans or glass pie pans instead?

    The amount of sour cream that you are suppose to use is just way to much. I think if I ever do decide to make this again I will use less then what it says, or substitute it with something else. The taste of Sour Cream was overwhelming.
