BEAT cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat on low speed until blended. Add 1/2 cup COOL WHIP; mix well. Spoon over brownies.
TOP with remaining COOL WHIP, berries and chocolate.
