Rated 1 out of 5 by from i will start off by saying i am a big fan of kraft foods. i will start off by saying i am a big fan of kraft foods. their recipes are wonderful, most of the time. i followed directions exactly for this recipe, no additions: this was terrible, i couldn't eat it after a couple of bites. the stuffing flavor was overpowering and, in my opinion, didn't mesh well with the other flavors. there was also a consistency issue - i just wasn't a fan, either was my husband. the kids, they didn't mind it.

I used 1 pack of (6 oz) Stove Top (Chicken Flavor) Stuffing 3 cups of Milk A pack of Frozen (brocolli/couliflower/carrots)medloy Cheddar Sharp Cheese in flat square shapes. (Left over from my cheese spread for the holidays) That never got put out. 4 eggs. I just tossed it in my 13X9 Pan starting with the milk and stuffing broke up the frozen veggies so they were all seprated and flat in the dish layed out the cheese and poured the eggs all over the top. I mixed a little as I went so the stuffing and things were evenly spread out in the pan. Shredded cheese would probably been better, but it not only looks GREAT. It turned out DELICIOUS.. Baked 45min at 350 Degrees. The best part is I saw this recipe, and said I have most of this in the house and you can always subs. to fit your fancy. I made this with stuff I had around the house. I love that! EASY AND DELICIOUS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was just delicious! This was just delicious! I substituted fresh spinach for the frozen which added to the prep time, because you have to stir it up a lot to ensure that the ingredients are mixed. Also added 2 whole eggs in addition to the 2 eggs + 2 egg whites, but everyone raved about it! I took it to my school to feed our Science Fair Judges. They were all impressed and would have given me a "blue ribbon" if I'd been eligible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a positively delicious recipe. This was a positively delicious recipe. I also disagree with the previous poster. Using the fat free milk and cheese saves you FAT and un necessary calories. The spinach does give it an added nutritional value and in and of itself makes this breakfast definitely NOT empty calorie. My son loved it and I usually have a hard time getting him to eat spinach. We also used turkey sausage which saved fat as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My New Year's Resolution for this year was to eat a little healthier. My New Year's Resolution for this year was to eat a little healthier. Not being a spinach-eater, I thought I'd be daring and try it anyway. :) My husband I loved it, but my picky daughter didn't care for it (also not a spinach-lover). I told her that it was broccoli (she likes broccoli), but that didn't work. :) I would definitely make this again. It was very easy to make. Very tasty!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We loved this casserole. We loved this casserole. I did make a few additions: 1 tomato (seeded and chopped), a small can of sliced mushrooms (drained and rinsed), 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp of basil. It was a great way to get everyone to eat their vegies. Oh, I think the next time I'll do 1/2 lowfat cheddar 1/2 pepperjack for zing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from We thought this didn't have any flavor, and was not very good! We thought this didn't have any flavor, and was not very good! The only thing different I did ,was saute and cut up part of a lite kielbasa smoked sausage, instead of bacon, and added Mushrooms, along with what the recipe called for... My Grandkids dropped over, and didn't like it either, and there teenagers.. I threw it out...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was an easy and tasty dish that I fixed for brunch and I made it to the receipe. This was an easy and tasty dish that I fixed for brunch and I made it to the receipe. Being a nurse, I found that portion size is the key to good health and nutrition. I served this with a salad and a light desert and my friends, most of whom are watching their way of eating, really enjoyed it. I will make this again.
