  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat eggs, milk, butter, mustard, paprika and salt in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add bread and cheese; mix well. Pour into lightly greased 12x8-inch baking dish; cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    This is very easy and very good. I added a little more mustard and garlic than it called for more flavor. It seems as if it will be dry but after it sits over night the consistency is good.

    I didn't enjoy the flavor or texture of this dish. I ended up throwing the whole thing out. What a waste of time, energy, and food.

    One of the best breakfast casseroles I've ever made! I used spicy mustard and added the green onions and ham (I used lunch meat). It had excellent flavor and texture. Very simply to make the night before. I will certainly make this one more often!
