  • Preheat broiler. Spread each bread slice with 1/2 tsp. dressing; sprinkle each with 1 tsp. cheese. Place on baking sheet.
  • Broil 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
  • Mix remaining dressing and lemon zest. Toss with lettuce in large serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with Parmesan toasts.


Substitute 1 bag (10 oz.) mixed or romaine salad greens for romaine lettuce.
