What You Need

pretzel rods

tub (7 oz.) BAKER'S Dark Semi-Sweet Dipping Chocolate, melted

Multi-colored sprinkles

Make It

DIP pretzels halfway into chocolate; scrape off excess.

COAT lightly with sprinkles; place on waxed paper-covered tray.

REFRIGERATE until chocolate is firm.

Also try sprinkling dipped pretzels with BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut or drizzling with melted BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate.

Variation

For a special holiday treat, prepare as directed substituting large candy canes for the pretzel rods.

The kids loved making these. We had them make up a bunch of them and then wrapped them in colored plastic wrap and tie them with a bow and they gave them to their coaches, teachers, sunday school teachers, etc. It was great for them to make a "homemade" gift all by themselves to give.

I started making these 3 years ago with white chocolate and now everyone requests them for Christmas Eve. They are very easy to make which I love because my kids can help and it cuts down on my holiday baking time.

While typically I'm a fan of milk chocolate and dark chocolate, I found that the white chocolate was actually better.

I made these for Christmas last year and everyone loved them. I changed the recipe a little by dipping it in carmel first and then added milk chocolate and not the dark on top of the carmle. I will be making these for Christmas again this year.

My family has been making these for years. We like to coat the pretzel in melted caramel first, let it cool, then coat it in melted chocolate and sprinkles as shown here. They're really pretty as a gift too - just wrap each individually, tie with a ribbon, and make a bouquet of pretzel sticks! You can even stand them up in a cute mug as a "vase"!

These are so much fun to make and so easy! I am proud to offer these to my family and friends because they are so festive and fun! Only negative thing is that some people don't like dark chocolate...a variety of milk chocolate and semisweet would be probably be good.
