The trick to upgrading a basic cheese quesadilla is a really good dipping sauce. Salsa mixed with ranch dressing hits the spot and is so easy to make.

What You Need

cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
 flour tortillas (6 inch)
Tbsp.  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
Tbsp.  KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

Make It

HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Sprinkle cheese on half of each tortilla.

FOLD tortillas in half; add to skillet. Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Meanwhile, mix salsa and dressing.

CUT quesadillas in half. Serve with salsa mixture.

Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese or KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese.
