I used a whole cauliflower, placed it in a microwavable serving dish, covered it with suran wrap and microwaved it. Then spread the mayo/mustard over entire cauliflower and covered it with the cheese and returned to microwave for a few more minutes until cheese melted. It was a wonderful presentation and my guests loved it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My mother makes this but never had a recipe. My mother makes this but never had a recipe. I was thrilled to find a recipe that tastes just like hers. My kids and husband love this but thought it was a bit too mustardy. I reduced the TBSP of mustard to 1 tsp instead and used regular instead of Dijon. I make this once a week and my 6 year old goes nuts over it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wasn't crazy about this recipe. I wasn't crazy about this recipe. I usually just put a little melted butter, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese over my cooked cauliflower, so maybe I am just really used to it that way. It sounded good and different this way, but it just wasn't for me. Still glad I tried it though!
