I made this for an office pot-luck, I hadn't made this recipe before ever but thought it was quick and easy to do. It came out great! So many people came up to me afterwards for the recipe. Some commented that they would try it for their kids who didn't like rolls/bread. Note - I had to bake it longer , 35 minutes still looked a little soggy in the center. I would try to bake this right before I was serving it, it looks and smells awesome out of the oven, I had made it the night before to take to the office, and the crust had become a little tough, but it was still soft to chew and epople loved it!

I wasn't sure what to make at a Thanksgiving dinner, just wanted to try different side dish. I have never make this before & decided to try it & to my surprise, everyone like it.They said it was so good. It almost tastes like a moist cake, it was that good. My husband's requesting me to make this dish again. And I do believe I will for I love this simple dish. Thanks for the recipe!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The recipe does not call for salt - DO NOT FORGET SALT. I had such high hopes for this recipe and it turned out extremely bland. I followed the recipe exactly, even though I noticed it didn't call for salt or pepper. Against my better judgement I did not add them, assuming the flavor came from other ingredients. The casserole had a nice texture but the flavor was terrible. If I ever make it again I will be sure to remember salt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe for years with a few minor adjustments. I have made this recipe for years with a few minor adjustments. I found it works better with 2 eggs, I add chopped green onion and crumbled bacon (to taste),I use the whole pkg of cream cheese, and sub the milk for 2tbls of melted butter, I also sprinkle with cheese the last 5min of baking.Try making it the night before and reheating, cut into squares.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Accidental discovery last night. Accidental discovery last night. I made it as the recipe said, but when it was done I put Pepper jack cheese slices on top and put it back in the oven on warm for 20 mins. This melted the cheese and made it super moist and delicious! You could put whatever cheese you wanted on top, but this added a little kick to it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this For Thanksgiving yesterday. I made this For Thanksgiving yesterday. Took it right out of the oven and hauled over to the family gathering. Everyone LOVED it. Small kiddos, teeny boppers, and all of the adults. It stayed nice and moist even when it was "zapped" in the microwave. I had some for breakfast this morning. This is good stuff.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made this for Thanksgiving. I made this for Thanksgiving. It was pretty good. This comes out almost like a moist corn bread. I guess I was thinking it would be more like a corn pudding. It was still good though and I would recommend trying it. I gave some to my neighbor and she thought it was corn bread too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been looking for a recipe like this one for a long time. I have been looking for a recipe like this one for a long time. I made it for dinner the other night and the very few leftovers that we had were fought over for who would take them to lunch tomorrow. Everyone in the family enjoyed it from my 23 month old to my teenager and my mother.
