  • Mix bread crumbs and milk in medium bowl. Let stand 15 min.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Add meat, 1/4 cup cheese and pepper to bread crumb mixture; mix just until blended. Shape into 36 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter. Place in single layer on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min. or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce in small saucepan on medium heat.
  • Transfer meatballs to platter; top with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Try serving with slices of crusty Italian bread and a simple mixed green salad tossed with your favorite dressing, such as KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Parmesan-Turkey Meatballs

Substitute ground turkey for the ground beef.

Wow wow wow. These were good. I made them as directed and then added them to noodles and the sauce. They were so moist that I could eat them alone!!!!

I love this recipe, with or without the sauce. I maked up some for the freezer for camping. :)
