  • Measure bread crumbs into medium bowl. Stir in milk. Let stand 15 min. Add meat, 1/4 cup of the cheese, the salt and pepper; mix well.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Shape meat mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in single layer in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • Bake 20 min. or until meatballs are cooked through. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce in small saucepan on medium heat. Transfer meatballs to large platter; top with the sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.

    Wow wow wow. These were good. I made them as directed and then added them to noodles and the sauce. They were so moist that I could eat them alone!!!!

    I love this recipe, with or without the sauce. I maked up some for the freezer for camping. :)
