Use Your Grill
Heat grill to medium heat. Microwave, slice and brush potatoes with dressing as directed; wrap individually in foil. Grill 6 to 8 min. or until tender. Carefully remove foil. Top potatoes with cheese and onions.
Potatoes can be microwaved ahead of time. Let stand at room temperature up to 1 hour before partially slicing and baking as directed.
How to Easily Cut Potatoes Into Fans
Place potatoes, 1 at a time, on wooden spoon; cut crosswise into thin slices. The spoon will keep your knife from slicing all the way through the potato. (You don’t want to cut more than 3/4 of the way through potato - the slices should still hold together at the potato’s base.)
