Everyone likes cheesy potatoes, especially when bacon and onions are involved. And as the head chef, you'll be enamored with how easy they are to make.

What You Need

lb.  baking potatoes (about 3), cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1/2
lb.  (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2
cup  chopped onions
1/4
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
4
slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COMBINE all ingredients except bacon in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

BAKE 45 min.

TOP with bacon; bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 min. or until potatoes are tender.

Substitute
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.
Special Extra
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley just before serving.

Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
