I'm not totally sure that I would make this again. It was ok, but had a very "onion-y" aftertaste (and I didn't use all of the onion that it called for). It was definitely easy, but certainly not as good as other recipes I've found on kraftfoods.com. The Velveeta cheese also gave it an odd flavor. I would suggest using a different cheese. Lastly, I cooked the potatoes longer, to make sure they were completely done. 45 minutes, checked it, 15 more minutes, added the bacon, and then 10 more. Perfectly cooked.
