Rated 2 out of 5 by from I'm not totally sure that I would make this again. I'm not totally sure that I would make this again. It was ok, but had a very "onion-y" aftertaste (and I didn't use all of the onion that it called for). It was definitely easy, but certainly not as good as other recipes I've found on kraftfoods.com. The Velveeta cheese also gave it an odd flavor. I would suggest using a different cheese. Lastly, I cooked the potatoes longer, to make sure they were completely done. 45 minutes, checked it, 15 more minutes, added the bacon, and then 10 more. Perfectly cooked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really really really liked this recipe! I really really really liked this recipe! It's quite easy to make. For those who didn't know what to do with the potatoes, I used RED potatoes. I cut them up and boiled them on the stove while I prepared the other ingredients. I boiled them enough so that they are guaranteed to be DONE when I bake them with the rest of the ingredients (BUT not too cooked, otherwise, you'll end up with mashed taters!). I'm getting ready to make this recipe for dinner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i've made this recipe several times and everyone loves it! i've made this recipe several times and everyone loves it!! i do however have some trouble getting the potatoes to cook before the cheese melts. the next time i make it, i'm going to try boiling the potatoes for about 20 minutes first to give them a head start and then add the cheese about 10 minutes before serving just to give it time to melt. use mayo - miracle whip gives them a whang. mayo is perfect!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from How do you prepare the potato? How do you prepare the potato? I peeled and chunked them, is this how this is made? In response to your question: Yes, potatoes can be peeled, and then cut into 1/2-inch chunks. We are in the process of editing this recipe to include this direction. ~ Kraft Kitchen Expert ~

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This was very easy to prepare, but the potatoes never became tender. This was very easy to prepare, but the potatoes never became tender. I left them in nearly twice as long as recommended and the cheese started burning before the potatoes were all the way cooked. It tasted like I was eating raw potatoes. I will not be making this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really don't like mayo at all but my sister made this recipe and I loved it. I really don't like mayo at all but my sister made this recipe and I loved it. After I ate it she told me about the mayo. Never could tell. Now I make this at home all the time. I subsitute the Velveeta with shredded cheese! Try that - I think it tastes much better!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I would make this recipe again but with some changes. I would make this recipe again but with some changes. Before the potatoe's were done the cheese started burning! However they were really good but some adjustments need made to recipe. I think next time I will add a little milk and cook longer at 350 instead of 400.
