  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Microwave Neufchatel and sour cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; whisk until Neufchatel is melted and mixture is well blended. Gradually stir in broth. Add potatoes, ham and 1-1/4 cups cheddar; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake 1 hour 10 min. or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until melted.
