This was good and tasted healthy, and a great way to get in some spinach, but probably not something i would want all the time. My husband liked it though, and it would be good for a healthy breakfast.
This is such a great idea for breakfast. I individually wrap slices so that i can throw one in the microwave and eat it on the way to work. A fast and healthy breakfast.
I made this for a work breakfast and everyone loved it. They all wanted the recipe!! Super easy and so yummy!!
