My husband and 10 year old daughter (hard to please-not a fan of meat) thought this dish was "really good". I didn't have instant rice or the cheese blend called for in the recipe, so I cooked brown rice separately, added it in the end to the recipe, stirred in 1/2 can of water instead of a whole can b/c I wanted it more creamy. Added 1/2 block of light cream cheese (got that idea from a review) and topped w/ 3/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella. Easy and will make again! I put this into my WW Points Plus Calculator and came out to about 11 points per serving @ 4 servings.
