My husband and 10 year old daughter (hard to please-not a fan of meat) thought this dish was "really good". I didn't have instant rice or the cheese blend called for in the recipe, so I cooked brown rice separately, added it in the end to the recipe, stirred in 1/2 can of water instead of a whole can b/c I wanted it more creamy. Added 1/2 block of light cream cheese (got that idea from a review) and topped w/ 3/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella. Easy and will make again! I put this into my WW Points Plus Calculator and came out to about 11 points per serving @ 4 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe often for my family. I have made this recipe often for my family. I even cut the recipe from the box, but lost it! Thank you for posting this recipe so we can continue to enjoy it. The recipe is easy to fix, and can be varied using different spices, or using cream of chicken soup, and try adding some fresh onion or garlic to the chicken as you cook it! Everything works well with this recipe...Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this for supper and it was really good. I made this for supper and it was really good. I cooked my chicken with minced garlic and salt/ pepper. I used one box of *********** 10 minute rice and brown instant rice to make the 1 1/2 cups of rice. My rice took a lot longer to cook than just five minutes. Kept adding more and more water and it was closer to 20-30 minutes before the rice was finally done. My family really liked it. Definitely will be ****** this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have made this dish so many times. I have made this dish so many times. It is simple, easy and the whole family LOVES it. I add additional seasoings to the chicken (seson salt, garlic and onion powder) and instead of 1 soup can of water I add 1 soup can of chicken broth. It really is fast and simple if you are looking for something in a pinch :) It is my "fall back" meal. I always have the ingredients handy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Before cooking I tossed the chicken with McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning. Before cooking I tossed the chicken with McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning. I used a can of soup, can of broth and 4 cups of broccoli. I thickened the sauce with corn starch and then served it over cooked rice instead of adding rice to the mixture. My family loved it and this dish couldn't have been easier and quicker to prepare. I would definitely make this again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from When I made this recipe it all seemed to come out fine except the rice was not cooked. When I made this recipe it all seemed to come out fine except the rice was not cooked. I left it on a bit longer to try to cook the rice more but by that time the liquid was almost gone. Ended up picking the chicken and broccoli out and eating them separately. Next time I think I will cook the rice ahead of time and just add the chicken/soup/broccoli/cheese mixture to it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Although it says 15 min prep time, this took well over that to make. Although it says 15 min prep time, this took well over that to make. I followed it exactly, but the rice didn't cook for another 20 minutes. Maybe I didn't use the right kind. Also, it was extremely tasteless and bland. Next time, I will season the chicken, and add some spices to the whole mixture. And, I'll cook the rice separately beforehand.
