Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this for supper and it was really good. I made this for supper and it was really good. I cooked my chicken with minced garlic and salt/ pepper. I used one box of *********** 10 minute rice and brown instant rice to make the 1 1/2 cups of rice. My rice took a lot longer to cook than just five minutes. Kept adding more and more water and it was closer to 20-30 minutes before the rice was finally done. My family really liked it. Definitely will be ****** this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this recipe. Love this recipe. I cooked the chicken with garlic, salt and pepper, and used onion soup mix as more seasoning. I substituted water for chicken broth and only used half a can, because I wanted it to be more creamy than watery. After adding the ***** of mushroom soup and chicken broth, I added even more onion soup mix. I also used broccoli au gratin *********** instead of white rice just because I had it on hand. The seasoning from the broccoli au gratin rice adds even more cheese to the overall flavor profile. Plus, the flavor of the rice matched perfectly with the rest of the flavors of this dish, so I'm really glad I had some at home! I didn't cook the rice all the way through before adding it to the rest of the mix. There was still watery cheesy stuff on the top. I cooked it for 15 minutes, and usually when there's more water, you should let the rice simmer for a little longer. But when you add the rice to the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer for a little longer, it cooks

Seasoned the chicken with minced garlic, from a jar. Turned out well! Used cheddar & mozzarella. (Better write this down before I 4get!)
