I followed it exactly, but the rice didn't cook for another 20 minutes. Maybe I didn't use the right kind. Also, it was extremely tasteless and bland. Next time, I will season the chicken, and add some spices to the whole mixture. And, I'll cook the rice separately beforehand.

My husband and 10 year old daughter (hard to please-not a fan of meat) thought this dish was "really good". I didn't have instant rice or the cheese blend called for in the recipe, so I cooked brown rice separately, added it in the end to the recipe, stirred in 1/2 can of water instead of a whole can b/c I wanted it more creamy. Added 1/2 block of light cream cheese (got that idea from a review) and topped w/ 3/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella. Easy and will make again! I put this into my WW Points Plus Calculator and came out to about 11 points per serving @ 4 servings.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good One Pot weeknight meal Good recipe for a quick weeknight meal. I read the reviews and added minced garlic to the chicken to kick up the flavor. I also added 4 oz of cream cheese to make it creamier like suggested. I used brown rice I had on hand which added 30 minutes to the cooking time. Hub and kids ate it up- including the broccoli. SCORE! To make this last for 2 nights I used 2 lbs of chicken and added 1/2 cup more water and cheese. This recipe is pretty basic- a casserole done in a skillet to cut the cooking time . Don't take the tips as criticism! It's more like putting your own spin on a classic. ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved it! I loved it!My girlfriend is a very picky eater so when she asked me to make this dish again I knew it was a winner. I used other members advice and used chicken broth instead of water and also used cream of mushroom soup. DELICIOUS

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe often for my family. I have made this recipe often for my family. I even cut the recipe from the box, but lost it! Thank you for posting this recipe so we can continue to enjoy it. The recipe is easy to fix, and can be varied using different spices, or using cream of chicken soup, and try adding some fresh onion or garlic to the chicken as you cook it! Everything works well with this recipe...Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and tasty! Easy and tasty!! I made my rice separately in my rice cooker, then added it to the skillet. This dish was very good, I did season my chicken with salt and pepper and I thought in the end, the dish needed a little extra salt.
