I have made this recipe two times and it has turned out great both times. Simple and very delicious. Very reasonalbe amount of time to prepare and cook.

What You Need

tsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

tsp. pesto
3
slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1
cup packed fresh baby spinach leaves (about 24 leaves)

pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Italian Style Chicken Breast
1/3
cup roasted red peppers, drained, chopped

Make It

MIX mayo and pesto; spread onto toast slices.

TOP evenly with the spinach, chicken and peppers.

Cut toast into bite-size pieces; set aside. Mix mayo and pesto in medium bowl. Add spinach, chicken and peppers; toss lightly. Top evenly with the toast pieces. Makes 3 servings.
Easy Chicken Bruschetta Snackers
Prepare as directed, substituting 9 thin diagonally-cut slices of whole wheat roll or baguette for the 3 bread slices. Makes 3 servings, three snackers each.
