This was very good. The chicken was cooked perfectly, so moist and tender. I used oven fry instead of shake n bake. My family loved it too.
This is a great family dinner. I made a few changes though:
-used 2 cups cooked penne (whole wheat)
-used 3 zucchini
-used 2 14-1/2 oz cans of tomatoes, with juice
-and I tossed the cooked penne in a butter sauce.
I used 6 TBPS unsalted butter, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/3 cup grated Parmesean cheese for the sauce. I thought this sauce on the pasta added a little something to the dish.
Great dinner, easy to make, tastes really good :)
I made this last night and it was a hit. I added more cheese on top because my family really likes cheese.
