What You Need

can  (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

 zucchini, quartered lengthwise, sliced

 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

cup  SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2
cups  penne pasta, cooked

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COMBINE tomatoes and zucchini in 13x9-inch baking dish.

MEASURE 1/3 cup coating mix; place in plastic bag. Use to coat chicken as directed on package. Place chicken over tomato mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Serve over pasta.

For a quick burst of flavor, sprinkle unused SHAKE 'N BAKE Coating Mix over hot cooked vegetables or salads.
Substitute
Substitute 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes and 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves for the Italian-style diced tomatoes.
