Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Food. Good Food. If you like the flavor of Shake and Bake, which I really do, This is great. Moist and tender. I've made it both with and without Parmesan added to the Shake and Bake and actually like it better without. I also use boneless, skinless thighs instead of breasts. I use blue cheese dressing and plain Ketchup for dipping sauces. Will try next time with Shake and Bake Ranch flavor mix.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Kids love it. Kids love it. I had my nieces and nephews for a day and they wanted to go to a fast food place to get chicken nugets. Instead of going there I put them in the kitchen with me and let them help me make this recipe. I cut the chicken into nugget size and it was a big hit. Every time I have the kids now they want to know if I will make the chicken again.

I do like it best with the cheese better than without. I put it under the broiler on high for just a couple minutes after they were done cooking. I used ranch, Ketchup, and barbecue sauce for dipping sauces.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made this for the first time last night, on a colleague's recommendation. Made this for the first time last night, on a colleague's recommendation. This was tasty, and so quick; the longest part of this was cutting and trimming the chicken. My 5 year-old daughter begged me to give her some of the leftovers in her lunchbox today.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very easy and tasty. Very easy and tasty. My children eat them with ranch dressing. BBQ sauce or honey go well too. I've made these several times. Most of the time they turned out very tender and moist, but there were a couple of times that they were tough and dry. I couldn't figure out what I had done wrong. Any suggestions?

It doesn't taste that much different than regular Shake N Bake Chicken, but it was good. You could taste that there was parmesan cheese in the mix a little. I would make it again if I needed a quick meal.

When substituting with bread crumbs, or cornflakes(in place of Shake N Bake) You will need to add 1 1/2 Tablespoons of season salt (or seasoning of your choice) This was very easy and my 14, and 10 year old loved. And there is NO frying! That is the best part.
