  • Mix lemon juice, oil, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and mustard until blended. Pour over chicken in shallow dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix cucumbers, onions, dressing and lemon zest. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinate. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Place chicken on pita breads. Top with cucumber mixture; fold in half.
