  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Drizzle wine over chicken; sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (165ºF). Transfer chicken to serving plate; skim oil from sauce. Discard bay leaves. Drizzle sauce over chicken; top with cilantro.

    This recipe has become one of my go-to favorites. My husband loves the sophisticated taste. My son loves the prunes. I love putting it together the night before so I only have to pop it in the oven when I get home from work. Add a side of instant couscous and some frozen veggies and you've got one gourmet meal!
