Easy Chicken Parmesan Lasagna

Oven-ready noodles help make this family-pleasing chicken lasagna with mozzarella and Parmesan as fast and easy as it is delicious.

What You Need

Tbsp.  oil

lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1
 green pepper, chopped
3
cups  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1
cup  water
1/2
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2
cups  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

 oven-ready lasagna noodles

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and peppers; cook and stir 5 min. or until chicken is evenly browned. Stir in salsa, water, Parmesan and 1 cup mozzarella.

SPREAD 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan; top with 3 noodles. Repeat layers twice; cover with remaining chicken mixture. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

How to Reheat Frozen Lasagna
To reheat frozen single-serve portions, place on microwaveable plate; microwave on HIGH 5 min. Let stand 1 to 2 min. before serving. For larger portions, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 350°F oven until heated through (when knife inserted in center for 10 sec. feels warm to the touch).
