Rated 5 out of 5 by from very easy - minimal ingredients for such great flavor. very easy - minimal ingredients for such great flavor. had some chicken marinating in fat-free italian dressing overnight, ran a search on the site for chicken & italian dressing. definitely picked the right one. broiled the chicken and a red bell pepper for 7min each side, sliced it up and and added it to the rest(heated up the dressing in the micro for a couple seconds before adding). last minute decision to add some fresh spinach was the deal-maker! perfect for the picky 4 yr old - i'll be making it again.

This was super easy, even though I added my touch of chicken breast sauteed in the italian dressing and I added 1/2 of an extra pack of zesty italian dressing mix and a can of diced tomatoes and simmered until most of the juice was gone. Then ate it w/ white rice because I was out of pasta!!! I will definately make this one again soon!!!

For an alternative way to eat it, use one jar of sliced mushrooms and about 1/2 a pack of frozen spinach sauteed in butter and then mixed in the pasta. I recently did this version and it was a hit!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made this recipe with my own chicken. I made this recipe with my own chicken. I marinated chicken in the italian dressing and other spices over night. It turned out quite well. Very tasty. The only thing I would change is putting more chicken in, which I skimped on.
