I have to admit...when I was mixing the ingredients together for the marinade I was a bit worried! I was so surprised with the end result tho! They were really good! The chicken came out perfect! It was so tender and had great flavor. Next time I may just leave out the skewers. I really didn't understand the purpose. My husband told me to add this to the list of good recipes to make again!
